ment and persora appointed to Federal positions after Septerrber 30, 1947 as provided in Part I of Executive Order 9835.
2. A separate form '(Standard Form 84)' will be used for excepted ehiployaes when investigation is conducted by tho agency.
3. The FInserprint Chart (Standard Form 87) of me applicant or appointee must be submitted with the original ftnd Kvo
copies of this form. The third carbon copy of the form should bo retained by the agency.
